Refund Policy

At CRMJetty, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, as well as the process for requesting a refund.

1. Perpetual Licenses:

Customers purchasing perpetual licenses are eligible for a full refund if they notify our support team in writing within 30 business days from the date of purchase. Refund requests made after this 30-day period will not be honored. To initiate the refund process, please contact our support team with the necessary details, including your order number and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

2. SaaS Model

For customers utilizing our Software as a Service (SaaS) model, the refund policy varies based on the billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. For annual subscriptions, customers may request a pro-rata refund by contacting our support team in writing within five business days of the purchase. Please note that the current month will not be included in the pro-rata calculation, and refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

3. Auto-Renewals

In cases where auto-renewal is enabled for either monthly or annual subscriptions, the following conditions apply: For monthly auto-renewals, the auto-pay feature will be disabled upon request; however, no refund will be issued for the current billing period. For annual auto-renewals, customers must provide written notice to our support team within five business days of the renewal date to qualify for a pro-rata refund, excluding the current month. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please Note: Certain items may be non-refundable, The refund will only apply to the Product License cost; the server, support, infrastructure, setup fee, taxes, bank transfer fees, and customization costs, or anything not mentioned above, are non-refundable.

In the event of any conflict, CRMJetty decision board will review the issue and retain the authority to render a final decision. Please be advised that the Refund Policies outlined above may be subject to change. CRMJetty reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
